Refunds And Returns

Ticket Buyers

We issue refunds for digital products within 10 days of the original purchase of the product, if authorized by ticket seller. To be clear, the ticket seller must authorize a refund, outside of technical issues. We are a merchant and trust account processing payments for the ticket seller, and do not have the authority to release refunds to ticket buyers.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products, but also recommend contacting the ticket seller if your issue is with the event itself.

We do not offer refunds based on experience, as this is a subjective factor.

Ticket Sellers

In the event that you (as a Ticket Seller) cancel your event, Diyobo may have to bill you for fees that we incur as a result of hosting your event. Diyobo will make its best efforts to recoup all fees from merchant accounts, however if fees are incurred as a result of your event, those fees will be passed onto you, the seller. Invoices for fees must be paid within 7-days.
